In his extensive experience of delivering learning at all levels of leadership within companies worldwide, Colin has discovered key principles that help effective learning and leadership development to happen.

He has worked with and on behalf of, some of the leading thinkers on learning and leadership.

Noreen loves to help leaders and teams on their people-dependent change journeys.

Her industry experience spans FMCG, retail, and airline and she has worked across geographies and cultures in both global and local roles. She specialises in organisational change management, culture transformation, and team & leader effectiveness. I am a Prosci® certified practitioner and advanced instructor, Insights Discovery® accredited, an ICF professional coach and she is currently indulging her inner geek with a Masters in Organisational Psychology from the University of London.

Noreen teams up with TNLC to ensure that change management works, rather than just looking good on an organisational chart.

Ian loves to see transformation, in people and in organisations.

Ian is a Business Psychologist, and consultant with extensive experience working with public and private sector organisations. He is an experienced trainer and consultant in the areas of facilitation, training, organisational change, and leadership. He lectures part time for the Open university in Psychology and holds a degree in psychology and a master’s degree in occupational/organisational psychology.

Ian has designed and delivered on all aspects of TNLC’s client work for over 15 years. These days, he is the magician who converts the latest academic research into practical gold, and he also supports our client’s executive coaching needs.

Jean loves to work “backstage” and help people see their organisational system – and create the right strategy to navigate it.

With over 40 years of Personnel and training Management experience, including head of global learning and development at The Body Shop international PLC and head of management development at TSB group PLC. Jean achieved chartered fellow of professional institute (CIPD) at an early age and was awarded an MBE in 2011 for exceptional services to learning and continuing professional development. Jean has worked extensively in customer service environments including hotel and catering banking and financial services retailing health and tourism and leisure sectors.

Jean works with TNLC in an advisory capacity when delivering large systemic change projects and the occasional bit of exec coaching.
